Very bad shopping experience from futurebazaar.com. I have ordered a thermal flask but it was broken I have reported the complaint they confirmed they replaced the flask with 8-10 working day. Even after regular mails and phone calls and many mails even after 2 months flask is not replaced.

So I will rate Service & Suppor as 0/10 and recommend to use some other e commerce website futurebazaar.com. Simply pathetic.

Dear Mr. Parag, We are extremely sorry to know that you have received the product in a damaged condition. Let me confirm that we make our best efforts to make sure that the products are delivered to the customers in a proper condition however in rare cases the product get damaged while in transit as happened in your case.
As discussed, we have already instructed our logistic partners to arrange the pickup of the product at the earliest.
Further, we regret to mention that the product is presently not available with us hence we are unable to execute the replacement for the same and hence have gone ahead and refunded the amount charged to you for the product. Hope the refund amount is credited in your account.
We once again apologize for the inconvenience caused to you in this regard and hope you will give us second chance to prove ourselves.
