This is sahil shah from delhi. Ordered dell laptop order id 5057040491 and before this order id was different as i cancelled order as they took more than 20 days to deliver the product and later they provided another id mentioned above.

Later after more than 25 days they delivered laptop without charger. And today also after 2 months they provided me charger which is not working. I am not even sure now if laptop is from dell company.

Future bazaar has not only worst customer service but also they are fraud.

This is with reference to your order number 5057040491 for "Dell Inspiron 15R Laptop charger".
I am sorry to know the power cord of the Laptop charger delivered at your shipping address is not compatible with the Adapter. Please accept our humble apology for the same.
As per our discussion, I request you to kindly purchase the power cord from the local market and the amount charged to your for the same will be refunded from our end in the form of discount coupon.
Let me assure you that our commitment towards customer service is absolute however I can understand that the recent experience you had is really unfortunate but I urge you to show confidence in our competency again, with the assurance that such inconvenience will not be repeated in future.
