I paid and ordered online on Futurebazaar.com, a digital camera three weeks back and I 'm still waiting for the refund as I received a usb key worth rs 10 or 20 instead of the camera worth Rs 5000!!!
There seems to be a confusion in the delivery process , and they pretend that it is Aramex (the delivery service) who has done a mistake and when I asked them to refund the money, they're saying that they're are going to do the necessary to correct the mistake but in vain!!!!
I'm still waiting for my product!!!!* **The above was my first reaction after having received the wrong product and with no hope to receive any refund at all....... and I think my frustration was normal since I ordered it to offer for someone's anniversary and I couldn't offer it on time!!
Nevertheless, I appreciate the sincereity of the customer service as I finally received the correct product as promised by customer service of Futurebazaar.
