Shocking Experience with Bought car insurance on 15 Mar 2025, car delivered 18 Mar, but it was stolen on 5 Apr and transferred on my name on 9th April . Now, they’re denying my claim due to GR 17 which even not mentioned on the policy and they just blame the customer that I should be aware of the Laws which is i guess difficult for a layman.
