The sales people are pure robbers and customer service people are useless and can barely reply. They call for dinner at some good hotel and force to purchase their services. The sales guy took my card and filled the details and trust me they will barely give you time to think. In case you want to cancel even before their username and password is generated they will be rude and reply we will not refund take the services now. They are monsters and dont care who is in which financial condition. I am attaching the screenshots of all the emails and chats I received from them and you can see how they fool emotional and honest people and feed their own family. I dont understand how somebody can turn this low and deny for everything after taking away our hard earned money.
Edit- They have initiated the refund after few follow ups and after deducting 3% hence this case can be considered as closed.
