The customer support are worst. They give you wrong information and asked for buy plan. and after that they never listen to you. Just raise only complaint and after that close the issue without any solution. They give you only wrong information that you buy their plan anyhow. And when you will complaint for this no one will listen.Please don't buy their plan if you stay in Noida specially.His networks are very bad and Never buy their OTT platform.It is worthless and no one will help you. In noida Airtel service is good so if you are thinking, please go with Airtel.
