I ve so far purchased 2 IFB front load washing machines in the past 10 years time. The machine seems to be good .But the service by the company and the local service agents are unimaginable. The last one was this which I've made on 11.04.11 and till today neither the customer care nor the service manager shiva and suresh are not in a position to either send me a service technician nor tell me an exact reason or time for the delay.
This is the same ordeal we have to go through each time we have a complaint and we are on an AMC. Each time they come they are only bothered about how to make few bucks selling their de-scale powder. I really do not know whom to complain, is it the company for appointing such irresponsible agents or the poor system they have on tracking customer satisfaction . I wish and hope some top official to take a note of this and solve the matter for me . **My complaint No is 6073108 Customer ID 2367559*
