This is Vinutha from New Delhi, (Contact address, Chattarpur, New Delhi.


Bought IFB Front Loading machine in 2010.Just a span of 2 years, Machine not working.


Never buy IFB Washing machines.Before the warranty period the machine has malfunctioned.Very poor service.Despite calling the customer care several times no one turns up.Customer care executives keep giving you cell numbers which are either switched off or does not exist.

Go for Samsung or LG instead.
