My Whirlpool Washing Machine developed a small complaint wherein the tap to which water pipe was connected started overflowing. I called the toll free no and registered the service request.
I gave my number and father's number and asked them to call in my number first and If I am not available, I asked them to call in my fathers no. They closed the case siting the reason that number is invalid.
Number which they have in their system was the one which I gave 1.5 years before. I sent several mails to customer care id, their other ids, there is no response.
Whirlpool is a baniya company who doesn't care about their customers at all. They believe that they are doing social service by selling their appliances.
If you are planning to buy any whirlpool appliances, please think 100 times about their after sales service and then go for it
