American Football may not mean much to a cricket crazed country like us. But it sure is a real game, sure it doesn't require brains, thats why its American! This movie perfectly depicts the American dream of every kid to ''star'' in his high school football team, and subsequently play football to and through Ivy League, cheerleaders apart.
A good promising cast (i.e. Black and White, for the politically conscious), healthy plot and oh yeah, lots and lots of football. This movie will provide you with an insight into the American view of American Football, which might not be the same as the Indian view of ''Indian'' cricket (what with sponsor fees and the BCCI).
A different kind of movie, not in the same rank as and not as predictable and not as feel-good factored as Remember the Titans and The Replacement.
In short, watch it! Great effort!
