Very poor customer service. Review on Freecharge

Well I don't want to do this but I have had a really bad experience with freecharge.in. I started using the web application right after it was launched. Did many of recharges, got even free vouchers from britannia bourbon biscuits and utilised that. And also many freebies from Mc Donald's. I was very happy with freecharge but then for order/reference id:  FCVW151212277980434, I got successful notification from site that order is done but it wasn't successful from operator's site. My operator is Vodaphone.

There's no point of contact mentioned in website. I wrote email to them. I keep following up with them. Every time I get same reply. I wrote nearly 7 emails to them and no response. Totally wasted my money and above that whatever good experience I had, all goes in vain.

I have stopped using this site. Guys if you get to read this comment please refer to above mentioned transaction and check email records.

Hope next time you handle customer with care because customers matter and so does their experiences!
