As we surf on internet and we most of us sees offers running on particular website the same way I got to know about the freecharge.
There was a offer going on, on freecharge that add money and generate the pin for offline store.(This was for Mcdonalds).
I add 200 rs to wallet and I generate a pin(It was like paying before purchasing so that you don't have to ask anyone for change and plus you will get 100rs cashback).
after generating this pin I got code and I did as they said.
I went to mcdonalds store and I bought meal and coke and the total was below 200.
I gave them that pin but they said the pin is not valid, so I didn't waste my time there and pay using my debit card.
But when I got home and while I was checking the freecharge wallet, they deducted entire 200 rs.
I contacted them via mail but they didn't reply me for that mail.
It's been more than 15 days.
When I try to contact them via phone, the computer generated machine always says that our customer service executive are busy at the moment.
I have tried almost 10-15 times and spend more than 50 rs on call waiting already.
At least they should call back when customer generated the issue.
I didn't get the cashback, plus I paid the actual order at mcdonalds, plus they robbed my 200 rs and I spend 50+ rs on call.
That was a totally disappointing.
I would never recommend this wallet service to anyone.
Please don't use it.
