I was unable to login to my Freecharge account but it shows that my password is invalid so I tried many times to reset my Freecharge account but I was not getting any OTP on my registered mail or mobile number. I did many messages to Freecharge care but they replied after a very long time and say sorry your account got blocked and they cannot reset my Freecharge account password. How can a company unable to reset password for customer. What kind of service is this. If a customer account is blocked then there is no way to reinstate it as I never got OTP on my mail or mobile number to reinstate my password. I strongly feel that this is just another fake wallet. Further I want to tell everyone that try not to use this fake wallet.
