I recharged 2times of Rs.150(Rs. 300) for my number, But it 1st time it was unsuccessful and Credit card amount deducted and 2nd time it was successful but did not get balance in my phone. But, Later I got message on screen this amount(1st time recharge) added to Freecharge Wallet, But did not credit in Freecharge wallet also.
I lost Rs. 300 and I contacted them via email and I got reply someone will call me within 6hours. Still no call from them, Please DON'T REACHARGE through FREECHARGE you will end up with loosing money.
