I added rs 250 and applied Coupon Code RUPAY on 8th Dec 2016
I was suppose to get 50 rs cashback since I fulfilled all required conditions.
But the cashback never given by Freecharge. When I raised complain.Ticket # 419268 was assigned.
FC mentioned that I used VC and asked for snapshot if I used physical card.
I send the snapshot of physical card,
There after these Freecharge shameless creature have NO reply and they stopped replying despite of even sending them multiple reminders on facebook,twitter,mail,everywhere.
These Freecharge claim to be best but they are worst unlike mobikwik or paytm.
I strongly condemn Freecharge for such awful experience and defer to recommend.
I hope through mouthshut,FC may realize and come up with right resolution.
