Freecharge is the application which deals with all your Prepaid, Post-paid, DTH and Electicity bill payments through cashless transaction.
I recently downloaded this application for doing online recharges and payments. I am not satisfied with it at all. Once I book ticket in BookMyShow in which there was a cashback offer but I didn't get that. It has a pathetic customer service even the app has quite few bugs. I have also done a bill payment of 1500 which was failed and still money is not refunded into my bank account. I've wrote many emails to them on refund of money but they don't respond. Sometimes websites takes very much time in loading on making transactions.
This app has now become worst. I suggest everybody not to use this app.
