Hello guys
I usually use paytm for recharge purpose as they are trusted or give instant recharge but on these days freecharge gives cashback on recharge so I try freecharge 1st time on 2nd October 2017 to pay my father postpaid mobile bill but after transition shown successful I noticed that my bill was not paid and my money was debited from my account so I just wait for 24 hrs as I think its a techincal problem but even after 24 hours my money was not refund so I try to contact freecharge care through email and they said money got refunded in my bank in 7-8 days and till now my money was not credit to my bank account I was totally disappointed with their service and their customer support I will never uses this site again as they just loot people money kinldy stay away from freecharge use any other sites for recharge instead of this fraud website
