The worst courier service ever, let me elaborate:
Delivery person: The delivery person never calls during delivery. Doesn't make any kind of effort to search the address. My delivery location was literally the main gate of a well known university, the delivery person still manages to not see the university and returned the courier.
Tracking experience: never got a single message about the delivery status. Can only find out when the courier gets returned, on the tracking portal.
Tracking portal: the tracking status was never updated until the courier was returned.
Customer service representative: don't know a single word of English. When I was asking how to start the delivery process again, all they said was "Your courier had been sent to the'from' location". I wanted to pay for the courier process all over again but still their reply was the same.
Lastly, I'm writing this review just to warn the future customers to not use the franch express courier service.
