We have purchased a Solar water system 100 LPD from Fortune, on 29/4/2008. Since the day of installation there has been a problem and this system is not working. I have called many times and have complained to the company. Initially they said this problem is due to improper plumbing which was done by plumber of Fortune only. We were told the plumber who did the plumbing is not well hence he cannot come and rectify the problem. We kept calling again and again.
At last the manager came and checked and said that an air removal pipe will resolve this problem and as no plumber was available with the company he asked us to get it done ourselves. We got a plumber on 2nd week of December who charged Rs. 300/- but still the problem was not resolved. The same plumber having knowledge of plumbing only checked and said that plumbing is all fine and the solar tank is faulty. Since then we have called again many times to the manager(at least weekly once) and only got fake promises to resolve the problem. I suggest all the people dont buy this product at all.
