Ford Customer Support system handles your issues as per their convenience due to no escalation system in FORD. They do not even respond to your car issues properly. I faced life threatening incidence on highway due to negligence of FORD support. My new cars(4 month old) Powertrain part failed while driving(35k price). Ford lied that they replaced part, actually it was not replaced and just after 100km driving, same part failed at midnight on highway. I did not get support from FORD at that time. Somehow, I called my friend to pick my family. I returned my car to Ford at that time. I don’t believe on them now. Now, I feel Ford= Fraud. So never go for Figo. Also, Engine is worst. 2nd gear power is so poor that I was unable to overtake a Truck.
