Initially, when it started its the service was good.
But now they seems to be employing goons for delivering foods. The Delivery boys talk in very aggressive ways on phone and asking me to come downstairs of building to collect the ordered food items. When I finally looked at him, it was pretty clear from his look and language that he is from goons background. They were 2 people delivering on same bike and very aggressive with Zero respect to customer.
I handled the situation by speaking in his language with same aggressive way. But it ruined the mood of having Food with Family.
I don't understand, Why FoodPanda is employing such goons for delivery service. Luckily I was at home, Else it would have been very dangerous and difficult for my family to handle them.
