I purchased a fly ds 200 at rs 2900 a few months back. it looked pretty impressive at first sight as I was looking for a dual sim phone at low cost. however that is where the honeymoon ended.
the company doesn't have a servie centre in my city and I was told tht it will be serviced by sony service centre, which is questionable. there is no software CD provided with the phone although a data cable is provided, so the Pc doesnt recognise it and doesnt let it connect. and even the software is not available on the net. so even though the phone has a camera and voice recorder, there is no use of those features as such. it has wireless radio but its volume cannot be controlled, it simply blares at full volume. it boasts of dual sim but both are not active simultaneously.
if I'm attending call on 1 sim and someone calls me on other sim then he hears a message which says tht my mobile is not reachable. so no use of dual sim option. even the operating manual booklet provided with the mobile is incomplete and of no use. also when I went through the reviews of other users of this handset on the net , I mostly got bad reviews that the handset stops working after few months and it is very difficult to get it repaired.
I guess I made a bad purchase and want other people not to make the same. so beware
