I was compelled to write a review for them after experiencing the worst service.
First, they charge hefty for delivery and thereafter requesting delivery in morning, they delivered the flowers by evening and that too after multiple follow ups with their super idiotic customer care.
They don't have any sense of customer service. And also they changed the order saying they didn't have the required flowers at their local shop.
I wish, I had reviewed the rating here before placing an order with them. :-(
