Flyte is the online music purchase portal of Flipkart.com. It is a very novel initiative, but plagued with some serious flaws.
Site is poorly organized. Quite difficult to browse by Artist, Album or Composer. You can use search string, which would then flood you with hell lot of items ...
They claim that they have tagged their music, but that's not true. Almost 30% has missing tags. Worse, some even have wrong tags. Even album art is sometimes wrong.
Their download manager is freaky. Sometimes it skips downloads, and sometimes it downloads stuff you have already downloaded.
Their order handling is buggy. There are several instances where you won't be able to complete your purchase. One of them is OD21221092201 and is open for more than one month.
In continuation to the previous point, their customer service is inept in handling such issues. All they can say that 'we are looking into it'.
Bottomline: Very novel initiative but very shoddy implementation.
