Flipkart being one of the top most e-commerce companies but it made some mistakes which created a bad impression on my mind during its sale.
I recently ordered the my jbl earphones from the flipkart sale and when I recieved the product that was not the one which I chose for myself.
They had sent me some other color and other earphone model no.which was cheaper than the one which I wanted.
The quality of the earphones was nothing compared to the jbl earphones. It was a bad cheap looking product which is not acceptable as the online shops are meant to sell 100? original products and if they fail in their own commitments then I think they shoud quit this company.
From now onwards I am not going to make any purchase from such a fraud company which takes the advantage of the sale and sell the cheap looking fake products.
If I have to refer someone I would rather say go for Amazon or any other company which is more truthworthy.
