My experience with let's buy.com and Flipkart was good.But I had very sad experience this month. I ordered a laptop priced at 31990. It reached Mumbai before 8 a.m. on 8th July 2013. For one week I was told every time that it will be sent on priority basis in a day or two.
On 15th in the evening I was told that the credit card reading machine is not working. Si it will be sent next morning. It never arrived. On phone and email same answer was given viz." in a day or two".Ultimately I got fed up and asked them to cancel my order. This they did immediately.
Now I realise that they wanted me to cancel the order as they have raised the price to 33990. This is a dirty trick. This may get them additional 2k but a loyal lifelong customer is lost.
