I am a certified buyer on Flipkart and till now my experience on Flipkart was very good but got disappointed due my recent shopping of Mobile phone. The main reason is the delivery it was told during booking confirmation that it would take 10 to 12 working days for delivery. Ao I was eagerly waiting for the delivery and also the tracking details were showing that the delivery is on time but actually the product was not even arrived in the city it was just shipped. When I complaint about this they were not even responding. And finally the product was delivered on the 20th day from booking. So I want to say that its time for Flipkart to enhance there delivery services and attract more buyer's. Thank you.
