I had ordered a phone in flipcart as it was supposed to be delivered the next day and it was a gift for someone. They could not even deliver after a week and then cancelled it saying item not available. I was surprised to see this as I have never experienced this from any other online stores in last 7/8 years. How can you just cancel the order and that too after delaying for a week. Please don’t trust flipcart for any online shopping. I have been shopping on Amazon for last 6/7 years and never a single complain for them either in delivery of product, customer service.
