Flipkart.com customer service is pretty decent. Some times it responds quickly and sometimes it takes more time. Its not the best but okay.
Product qualities are dependent on their sellers. I have ordered many things and I haven't found any of them in bad condition. Check the sellers before buying something.
Sometimes delivering takes too much time and sometimes its very fast. So cannot say its bad but its also not very good.
App and websites works very well. Finding something is very easy. Ordering something in the app is very easy.
