Beware! No exchange policy for belt or similar . Review on Flipkart

So far I have bought items worth more than 50K from Flipkart, recently they started clothes accessories. Previously I used to buy from jabong.com.

I have bought a belt worth 1469/- and found it is smaller than what they mentioned in their site. I asked them to exchange the item for a bigger one,

Here is the reply I received from Flipkart:

Product: United Colors of Benetton Belt(901)

I would like to inform you that we have already mentioned the dimensions belt on the product page.

On checking the records I see that you have placed an order for "United Colors of Benetton Belt(901)" and we have delivered the same to you. Hence, I will be unable to take the product back.

Please be informed that as per the company procedure we do not have the exchange policy.

I request your kind cooperation and understanding in this regard.

Request all to be aware such tricky situations, do not buy such items from  Flipkart until they have an exchange policy for item that do not have any standard size through out the brands.
