I want to share my true experience from flip kart in detail. I bought several product from flip kart and it is working fine but recently I bought one electonic product from them u. Fortunately that was not working and I needed a replacement or credit note but customer care took 10 days to resolve the issue and send another product to me.
I requested to give another brand product but the gave me same product unfortunately that one also dead after 10 days now customer care is said you replacement time has over & my money has gone so guys pls buy a product from online store not a courier company like flipkart
