I had ordered many things flipkart.The delivery time is also very good but I am not happy from there customer service.
I ordered a suit for my mother as I told the delivery is very good so the suit arrived soon after that my mother is not agreed for the suit so I tried to return it but when I tried to return the product it says that you can only replace the product then I called the customer care the person told me that on the last day of the replacement I will do something after the last date the product shows that the product is replaced and the delivery boy never come.
