I'm a regular online shopper, I can only say, none of the online Shopping websites are consistent, and these guys wanna compare themselves with amazon(Not a chance).
I wanna talk about flipkart, I purchased books from them, and had a good experience but, recently I bought a mobile phone from flipkart and guess what, the delivery time was mentioned as 2-4 working days, I was okay with that, 3 days has passed, but there was no sign of dispatch. When called their CC, said, it'll be shipped ASAP. 5 days has passed, still no revert, this time I got frustrated and called them to cancel the order, which they replied that it has already been shipped, when I asked for the Shipping details, they said its their own private shipping so no tracking no. I said fine and waited for delivery.
A week passed and still I did not get the product, I was so annoyed and wrote a mail that I want to cancel the order. but they replied as it has already been shipped so no cancellation. WTF!
The 10th day was Sunday, so they couldn't deliver
Finally, I got the product on the 11th day of Purchase. The product was fine, but their services are pathetic.
These guys are good in Marketing and Showing attractive advertisements. BUT GUYS TRUST ME I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND FLIPKART.
