I ordered a NEW phone from Flipkart; they delivered me a defect phone! The phone display is not working. I paid money for NEW Phone and got defected phone : ( When called customer services, they are processing my request and after two days they are calling back and saying the same stories. I did this for 6 times, and I am still waiting for the courier executive to get pick up my phone. It's already been a week of calling them almost every day, waiting for their senior executive.
