Hi All,
I placed an order with flipkart,
1st day I never received the number of the delivery person neither the delivery
guy called me and in the end receive a text stating “delivery rescheduled”.
2nd day the delivery guy told me by 11am it will be delivered then by 2 pm
and later on never responded to my calls and again in the end received “delivery rescheduled”.
Then customer service people told me I was not present at the address.
The product I ordered was prescribed by the physiotherapist which should be kept on high priority by Flipkart.
The company should also understand the importance of the product and should get that delivered accordingly.
I highly recommend you not to shop at flipkart.
