Flipkart and Kotak Mahindra are accusing each other and I am the victim. I made an online purchase on Flipkart for Rs. 4500 with my Kotak Mahindra debit card. I later cancelled the order and Flipkart claims to have refunded the amount back to my account.
On Flipkart's side, they have given a reference number for this transaction(002238730) and claim with certainty that they made the transfer on August 14, 2015; however, it never reflected in my bank account and as of today, Kotak Mahindra Bank claims that Flipkart never did it. I do not know who is to blame, but at the end I am the loser and I am never going to use net banking to pay for any online purchases henceforth. Rs. 4500 is the price of this lesson.
