Bad exerience with Flipkart

I was a loyal customer of flipkart but then this incident happened.


I ordered a mobile "Asus zenfone 2" from flipkart. I received the cellphone on time. Flipkart had stated that they have a "30 days replacement policy"


when I started using the phone I saw that it was not working fine. It was heating like crazy and hanging a lot and there were a few other small issues.


I sent a mail to flipkart's customer care. I informed them about the situation after two days of receiving the package. But I was not worried because I thought that it is under 30 days replacement policy.


To my utter surprise I received a mail from flipkart saying that "seller has denied your replacement request."


I called them about same issue but got the same reply again and again. No satisfaction.


I told them that I have bought this cellphone from flipkart, why should I care what the seller is saying, you have to replace it! But they just didn't give a damn!


Now I have to live with that piece of crap worth 20000 INR.
