Flipkart the scammer. Review on Flipkart

Dear Sir,

This is to bring your kind notice that I purchase an Asus Zenfone 4 from your online store for a consideration of INR 5999/- for order # OD40725008274 paid in cash vide your Invoice # DEL20140800062519 I paid through cash on delivery. The product had some technical issues so I contacted the concerned team and they replaced it with the same product Asus Zenfone 4 on August 6, 2014 with return ID 6491324. Again the replaced product came with the bigger technical issues so I returned that with the tracking ID WSRR2106836000 on August 19, 2014 and asked for a refund in my bank account the flipkart customer executive told they have provided the refund in my flipkart wallet.

On August 26th I noticed an email regarding the change of my email from my genuine nickkrish789@gmail.com to a fraud shaguntiwari16@gmail.com. Then I contacted flipkart and they told me that someone named Rahul Jha has used my Flipkart wallet balance to order a Karbonn titanium under order # OD40825147305.

I immediately told them to stop the delivery of the product as I had not placed any order. They told we will cancel the order and refund you but later they refused to refund my money. On September 02, 2014 your escalating team contacted me and agreed to provide me the refund. I provided them my account details and on 3rd September, 2014 I got confirmation that I will receive my refund within next 5 business days. Again on September 08, 2014 when I asked them for refund they again refused to provide me the refund. I have reported you the above matter several times but despite all my pleadings you have not refunded my money which is indeed regrettable and highly unbusiness like On account of your aforesaid dereliction of duty and failure and neglect to rectify the same I have suffered losses/incurred expenses. which you are liable to compensate to me. You are hereby finally called upon to :

1. Return the charges/ price paid In sum of Rs. 6000/- within next 15 days of the receipt of this notice failing which I shall be constrained to initiate against you for the redressal of my aforesaid greivances and recovery of the aforesaid amount such proceeedings, both civil and criminal as are warranted by law, besides filing a complaint under the statutory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 exclusively at your own risk, cost, responsibility and consequences which please note.
