6 months back , I purchased a sansui horizon 2 mobile via flipkart.after I used the product , I understood the quality of the product.it was very worst to use.so I called to flipkart.first they intimated to take action.but no action took.again complained and sent email to incharge.they told via phone not responsible for ur product.go to service centre. no action taken yet.i feel I lose my my money 5299/-.
