I bought a book from Flipkart which costed 525 rupees on their site. After I got the book, I felt that it was a photocopied version of that particular book and I was dumbfounded. I contacted Flipkart requesting for the book to be replaced but even after so many calls, they never replaced my book. It looks like they wanna lose hold over the market.
Edit: The customer care replaced the book.
