I had purchased Redmi K 20 Pro from flipkart and I am facing the heating issue in the phone . there tech person visited and they check the same issue in the Phone I requested for the return and refund. this under the policy of flikart 27 Sep but till date there is no appropriate action on above I am disappointed with Phone and as well as with the flipkart service cost of product is 31000 but flipkart dnt borthur about it I am request to flipkart for return the product and payme my refund
