My order number OD30327061211 (paid order microwave oven) placed on 26th March , to goa, was never delivered to me, in fact it got returned without any information provided, In fact I mailed them 2 times, to which there was no proper response, instead of empathy emails, then I had to call the Customer service rep to get to know what happened to my order.
To which he said that the order has been cancelled and the amount would be returned in Flipkart wallet, What the hell, why would I want that any day? Anyways he told me that the money will be returned in 5-6 business days, bloody Flipkart you keep me waiting for my order for 6 days then you cancel the order without information , and then you want that money to be returned to your wallet.
(Why the hell would I make a second purchase even?) and then when I ask for a refund in my bank account , you say 5-6 days, who gave you the right to hold my money for the 6 days when you didn't provide me with the information? are you paying me the interest, I would have very well bought the Microwave from any dealer outside, but I got carried away by word of mouth.
Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED, and yes Flipkart if you are listening, I want my money back, no silly wallet stuff.
