I have purchased lot of books, electronics and many other things from here.There were some trouble here and there but overall it was nice.some of the products were not delivered in time but some were.books and electronics were cheaper than in any retail shops in my place.customer support was ok but not too good as expected.return policy was also bit confusing and troubling.at first there was delivery at my place but later it stopped and again it came.Same was the case of cash on delivery scheme.
It can be better by clearing all these sorts of small problems.Flipkart app needs much more improvement to become more user friendly.
