I've been a loyal Flipkart customer since 2018 and have always trusted the platform for quality products and decent service. However, my recent experience has completely shattered that trust.
I had an extremely unpleasant experience with Flipkart’s service partner Jeeves, whose technician was clearly untrained, lacked basic product knowledge, and was completely unprofessional. Not only did the technician fail to resolve the issue, but their attitude and inexperience made the situation worse. It's shocking that Flipkart, a reputed platform, would associate with such an unreliable and incompetent service partner.
Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no resolution or accountability from Flipkart’s side. This is not the level of service one expects from a platform that claims to value its customers.
After being a loyal customer for nearly 6 years, I am now seriously reconsidering using Flipkart in the future. If this is the direction customer service is heading, I’d rather take my business elsewhere.
Flipkart, it's time you reevaluate your partnerships and focus on delivering the kind of service that once made you a trusted name.
