Improper bussiness practice @ flipkart

Flipkart charged me nearly 25% extra for an eLearning Course, which is available in vendors website " edukart" at less price( 75% of the purchase price). On top of it they are not dealing in providing the "activation code" which I really should come to me immediately after purchase a product along with invoice copy via email and I had contacted them they are giving me standard reply that I need to wait for me for a week time to get a resolution on the same day just email me the invoice copy.


This is a second stand when Flipkart after order execution failed to deliver the product to me in the first days after billing me Lenovo laptop for INR . 62000, they failed to deliver the product and finally refunded after 45 days time.


So my impression is that they are willing the product with without having physical stock at their end.
