Ridiculous site ever. Review on Flipkart

***strong text**Seriously you guys don't have any right to be there in e commerce industry! Such a pathetic and poor customer service. Let me tell u my horrible story about your so called great website. I have ordered for a'Samsung galaxy on5 phone' with OD404571893366603000, have received the delivery on time but when I have opened the packet and checked it was not so good as I thought, I want to return this order at any cost and want my money back, before ordering I have not checked the T&C for phones and so on.

I called the cst care member she was saying if there is any problem only then she can arranged for return, it was very funny line I think.means according to her she wants to me that I need to destroy the whole phone and then I should call them.hahahaha.i said transfer my call to ur senior she transferred the call.and I again I explain each n everything to her .but she was also a helpless person in flipkart .see guys I really dont and this order take this packet back and refund my money its just only 8990/- rs for u.but for me is big. I want to order smthng else.

I just want to aware to everyone dont order any electronics from flipkart they dont have refund policy.

Now, I am seriously feeling like a fool who placed an order so that I could save my time and now I m wasting my this much time to writing such a long story please be careful friends with Flip Cart before buying any product, otherwise you will also be in my queue, where u will be left with no option except repenting.
