Dear Friends, today I will share my true experience with Flip kart online shopping sites:

A. Customer Services: Customer service of flipkart in excellent, I have purchased various items from this shopping sites and I have not faced any problem regarding the customer services yet.

B. Product quality: Whatever the product they show on website, the same product I have received from this site, so there is no issue related to product quality.

C. Delivery Timeliness: They delivered the product before the time lines as they have mentioned in the time of shopping so I think they deliver the product very fast and intimate to users at every step.

D. App & website: Both works very good, I normally use website because most of time I use laptop so I love to use on website.

E.: Reliability: In my view the site is very reliable and they never cheat with me and they deliver the right product at right place and place before the time.
