I am one of the irritated customers that you have. Now what has happened is I have ordered a phone(moto-g 2nd generation). I have received the phone on time and when I opened it, the touch of the phone is not as good as one of my friend has.
When I have checked the touch of the phone that my friend has(moto-g 2nd generation). There is big difference between two of them and that's why I want to buy it from the store not online so I needed the refund and initiated it.
However, today I received a call from your executive and she told me that she can't refund the money and I have to use this phone.Which was rude reply a CUSTOMER should get. Even though I told her that I haven't even put the sim card in it which makes the phone brand new.
Also now I just checked there is offer on the same phone and other people are buying it in 9000/- or even less. I payed 14000/- for the same. which makes me think that there is something fishy about the phone.
I think there is difference between you buy it online or from the store.Any which ways I need my money back including the interest that I have paid.
Personally I am really unhappy with their service and these are my views. Others surely can differ from my views. I will recommend people to stay away from such organizations who have a big attitude issue and make them realize their real worth, i.e. THEY ARE NOTHING WITHOUT A CUSTOMER.
