Flipkart is the best online shopping portal in India. Though this was not the case a few years back. Flipkart has really improved its service now. For most of the products sold by WS Retail the maximum delivery time is 2 days. Moreover, it provides free next day delivery for many products, for which Amazon charges money by calling its service Amazon Prime. It also provides easy return options. I recently bought an MP3 Player which when I received was broken. I requested for replacement and got it replaced within 2 days. The seller was not with Flipkart Advantage but still replacing was so easy. Next I had to return a pen drive since it was not supported by my phone. The seller this time was WS Retail. The E-Kart guy came the very next day for picking up the product and I even got the refund the next day
