Flipkart.com I have never seen such a fast an friendly resolution ever by any other e-commerce portal. ordered a philips qt 4005/15 beard and stubble trimmer from flipkart and it was delivered by indian speed post as I live in remote area.
But the package was empty.within 24 hours of lodging complaint I was assured that I will get a full refund for the same order.they just asked me for the product images and after confirming them in a very short period of 24 hours. earlier faced the same issue with snapdeal but they took 6 days to solve the issue thank U flipkart
